There are many ways to be involved.
Membership Application/Renewal
New and Renewing Members
All applications for new or renewing memberships need to be approved by the Executive Committee.
Please complete the form below and select your preferred activities. Select the ‘Submit’ button and you will be directed to Paypal to pay your membership fee, and you’ll also receive an acknowledgement of your submission via email.
Once your membership is approved and if you have selected volunteer activities that you would like to be involved with, the relevant Volunteer Co-ordinator will be in touch.
As a registered member you will receive email updates from us from time to time regarding our events, fundraising activities and other initiatives.
If your membership is not approved for any reason, you will receive a notification from Friends of the Pound within 28 days and your membership fee will be refunded.

100% of donations, fundraising, and market activities go towards our expenses which include:
Veterinary Bills
Vet Bills are our major expense as we ensure all of our rescues are in tip-top health and desexed before being rehomed.
Animal Supplies
Dog & cat food, regular treatments for fleas, ticks and heartworm, as well as beds, collars, leads, supplementing the food supplied to pound animals… the list goes on!
